Pooled Bonuses
MiVeda pays various monthly pooled bonuses to senior Members (in addition to the Unilevel bonus payments).
The pooled bonus structure is set out below. Note that all bonuses are calculated using CV sales volumes.
Retail Pooled Bonus (also mentioned on this page)
This bonus is paid to Members who have a personal volume of 3,000 (CV) or more in a month. Personal volume includes:
- The Member's product purchases, which may be for personal use or for retail sales
- The product purchases from Discount Customers who are introduced by the Member.
Three percent of the company’s total product sales revenue for a particular month is distributed equally among all qualifying Members, to a maximum of $1000 per Member.
Emerald Level Bonus
One percent of the company’s total product sales revenue for a particular month is distributed equally among all Members who qualify at the Emerald level or above. Note that this may be shared among quite a large number of achievers.
Diamond Level Bonus
One percent of the company’s total product sales volume for a particular month is distributed equally among all Members who qualify at the Diamond level or above. Note that this will generally be shared among a smaller number of qualifiers than the Emerald Bonus.
Executive Diamond Level Bonus
Two percent of the company’s total product sales volume for a particular month is distributed equally among all Members who achieve the Executive Diamond level or above. Note that with a 2% pool, the amount of the bonus will be larger and it will usually be shared among fewer qualifiers than the Diamond Bonus.
Super Diamond Level Bonus
A total of 3% of the company’s total product sales volume for a particular month is distributed among Members who achieve the Super Diamond level and who meet additional requirements as specified below.
This bonus has the potential to be very large and it is split into 2 separate bonus pools of 1% and 2%.
The first bonus pool is 1% of the company’s total product sales revenue for the month. This is distributed equally among all Members who qualify at the Super Diamond level.
The second bonus pool is 2% of the company’s total product sales revenue for the month. This bonus is discretionary and will be distributed among Super Diamond Members who meet additional specific requirements, including but not limited to:
- Compliance with MiVeda policies, rules and regulations
- Delivery of training and marketing programs for MiVeda Members, including Members from other lines of introduction
- Strict compliance with MiVeda policy prohibiting profiteering from the sale of training and marketing tools, and
- Not promoting other businesses or ventures to the public and especially not to other MiVeda Members.
Note that this bonus will usually be shared among a few qualifiers.
Online RRP Sales Pooled Leaders Bonus (also mentioned on this page)
MiVeda has an online shopping site that anyone from the general public can access to buy MiVeda products at RRP. The reason for having this is to increase Brand recognition, which benefits all Members, and to increase the MiVeda website’s SEO ranking, which also benefits Members. Customer leads that are generated are passed to MiVeda leaders in the geographic vicinity of where the respective customer lives.
While having the online portal has benefits, MiVeda recognises that there is a slight possibility that it could affect Member sales of products. To compensate for this, MiVeda has an Online Retail Sales Bonus Pool. This pool is 15% of the product sales revenue from online purchases at RRP by customers in a respective month. It is distributed equally among Members at the level of Emerald and above, for them to share with their group.
Training Bonus
One percent of the company’s total product sales revenue for a particular month is allocated for Leadership training. This training will be in many forms, ranging from; seminars, webinars, interstate events and possibly overseas incentive trips.
Charity and Education Fundraising
MiVeda will work to assist charities and educational facilities to raise funds to continue their valuable work in the community. This may be by different methods and anyone who is interested in fundraising is invited to contact MiVeda and provide relevant information.
